Alfa Insurance President Jimmy Parnell and Senior Vice President of Marketing, Carol Golsan

During October, Alfa will continue honoring fighters and celebrating survivors as we partner with American Cancer Society (ACS) for a variety of fundraising events and memorials. The Alfa Foundation will match money raised by employees, up to $25,000.

“Cancer touches everyone. My father is a cancer survivor, but we’ve also lost family members and friends to this horrible disease. That’s why I’m proud to be a part of the Alfa Cares campaign to raise awareness and money in the fight against cancer.”

- Jimmy Parnell, President

“As a cancer survivor, I am proud to work alongside others who recognize the struggles of fighting cancer and who are willing to support the ACS.  The donations from our co-workers, customers, and the company itself will be a tremendous help in funding research and providing resources for cancer patients.”

- Carol Golsan, Senior Vice President of Marketing

Real Men Wear Pink

Rob Robison in pink

Alfa Senior Vice President of Life Operations & Policy Administration Rob Robison is honoring his mother while demonstrating “Real Men Wear Pink.” The Montgomery campaign brings together community leaders to raise money for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event October 15.

Rob’s mother battled cancer for three decades, defeating breast cancer twice along with lymphoma. He had the privilege of sitting at her side at the Montgomery Cancer Center many times and providing support and encouragement.

It is a privilege to represent Alfa Insurance in the Real Men Wear Pink campaign and to personally and professionally work to raise money that will be a part of making a difference to mothers, wives and daughters who are faced with breast cancer every day.”
