Alfa offers a variety of training opportunities throughout an agent’s career. New agents are trained at the Home Office in Montgomery, Alabama, and in the field under the direction of a district sales manager. Because Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses are required for all agents, Alfa offers Continuing Education (CE) credit opportunities through Alfa University — an online platform for webinars and digital interactive training.
Alfa also invests in other development opportunities, allowing agents to earn industry certifications and designations such as:

The average annual income for an Alfa agent with three years of experience is more than $95,000* — however, because agent income is based on individual sales levels, highly motivated agents have unlimited earning potential!
