Alfa Insurance Reponds To Early Morning Storms

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC), part of the National Weather Service, received reports of wind damage in Houston, Pike, Russell and Washington counties due to the Monday morning storms. Alfa representatives are also working claims in Crenshaw County.

While the severe weather threat is now over, temperatures across Alabama will drop well-below normal tonight and into tomorrow. Policyholders are encouraged to make temporary repairs to property to prevent additional damage. Retain receipts from purchases related to the temporary repairs to include with any claims.

Policyholders should be wary of unsolicited or unexpected offers to perform repairs or conduct inspections.
