Alfa Responds To Damages From Morning Storms In West Alabama
MONTGOMERY, Alabama (Apr. 19, 2015) - Alfa Insurance® agents and adjusters are responding to claims from morning storms that caused damage in several west Alabama counties.

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC), part of the National Weather Service, received reports of a possible tornado in Henry County and another on the Alabama-Georgia state line in Russell County. Wind damages were also reported in Calhoun, Cherokee, Coffee, Dale, Henry, Houston and Russell counties.
Policyholders are encouraged to make temporary repairs to property to prevent additional damage. Retain receipts from purchases related to the temporary repairs to include with any claims.

Policyholders should be wary of unsolicited or unexpected offers to perform repairs or conduct inspections.
