Reset Your MyAlfa^® Password

Your MyAlfa account contains personal information, and keeping your details secure is important to us. Help protect your account by setting a unique and secure password to protect your data.

You can reset your password by following these steps:

Log in

The login icon is located in the top right-hand corner of most pages across our website.

Select “Forgot Password?”

Select “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the login pop-up.

Enter your email

Enter the email address associated with your MyAlfa account.

Select an authentication method

Select an authentication method to verify your account and reset your password: text message, voice call, or email.

Reset password

Once you have completed authentication, you will be prompted to reset your password. Your new password must include:

12 or more characters
At least 1 number
At least 1 symbol
At least 1 lowercase character
At least 1 uppercase character

After you have met the requirements, select "Reset Password" to confirm your new password.
