  • The policy is already on your account.
  • The policy number has reached the maximum number of registrations allowed.
  • The policy is inactive.
  • You are trying to register a health policy or dental policy.
  • The zip code you entered does not match the zip code on your policy.
  • The email address you used is already registered. Did you forget your password?
  • The information you entered did not match the policy data we have on file.

Yes! You can add a policy to your MyAlfa account at any time. For help on how to add a policy, visit AlfaInsurance.com/myalfa-account-support.

Your login information will be the same whether you are logging in on the website or on the Alfa2Go mobile app. Before using Alfa2Go, you will need to create an account at AlfaInsurance.com and download the Alfa2Go app to your mobile device.
