Your policy number is listed on your policy documents, declaration page, auto ID cards and billing invoices. If you don’t have any of these documents, you can: Contact your local Alfa agent, Call 1-800-964-2532, prompt 3, or Click on “About Alfa” then “Contact Us” to email or chat with a customer service representative.
If your Machinery and/or Farmer Liability policy shows as expired, the policy term may not be in force or has been renewed as a Farm policy. Your new policy(ies) will need to be registered in your MyAlfa account. To register your new policy, log in to your MyAlfa account and find “Add Policy.” Your new policy number can be found on your declaration page. Your policy has been successfully added when confirmation appears at the top of your screen.
In your MyAlfa account, you can sign up for paperless billing and/or paperless documents. Currently, paperless documents are available for Auto, Home, Manufactured Home, Fire, Watercraft, Comprehensive Personal Liability, Personal Articles, Business Owner, Church, and Personal Umbrella policies; paperless billing is available for the following policies: Auto, Home, Manufactured Home, Fire, Farm, Life, Watercraft, Business, Church and Personal Umbrella policies.
From AutoPay to PayByText, we offer a variety of payment options to fit your needs. Customers may select monthly, quarterly or full-pay payment options. Not sure what option is best for you? Contact your local Alfa agent or view the Payment Options.
We are committed to providing you with excellent claims service. You can choose to either file a claim online or through the Alfa2Go® mobile app, or by contacting your agent or the customer resource center. For more information about the claims process, click here.
