Pay By Text is a secure and convenient way to receive and pay your insurance bill by text message. To help ensure your upcoming payment is processed successfully, enroll at least 15 days before the policy due date. Each eligible policy must be enrolled separately.
 | Log in to your MyAlfa accountThe login icon is located in the top right-hand corner of most pages across our website. |
 | Select “Make Payment”Select “Make Payment” from the account menu. You will be redirected to our payment site where you can manage your billing information. |
 | Toggle the Pay By Text switch to “Yes”If your policy is eligible for Pay By Text, there will be a toggle switch. Simply switch the toggle to “Yes” to opt in to pay by text for each desired policy. |
 | Consent to Pay By TextAfter toggling “Yes,” a confirmation screen will appear. Click the checkbox to consent to Pay by Text. If you do not have a phone number saved to your account, you will be prompted to enter one. Enter the phone number you want to use for Pay by Text. |
 | Select a payment method and confirmBefore confirming, select the payment method you want to use for Pay By Text. Then select “Confirm” to complete your enrollment for each desired policy. |
