Delete My Account

To delete your online account and to no longer pay for your policies electronically, receive your policy documents electronically, or view your policies electronically, you may fill out the Request a Change form or contact the Customer Resource Center at 1-800-964-2532. After account deletion, your written cancellations, nonrenewal notices, policies, endorsements, declaration pages, letters, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgments, invoices, or other types of notices of electronic records (“Documents”) will be received by you via U.S. Mail. This will slow the speed in which you will receive your Documents.

Log in to your MyAlfa^® account

The login icon is located in the top right-hand corner of most pages across our website.

Click the “I want to...” menu

Click the “I want to…” dropdown menu next to one of your registered policies, then select “Request a Change.”

Select the type of change being requested

Select “Other” as the change request type. Enter “Account Deletion” in the “Description of Change” field, then select “Continue.”

Fill out the form

Enter “Account Deletion” in the “Description of Change” field. Then complete the remaining fields, including the desired callback person, callback phone number, and preferred callback date and time. Review your request form before continuing to ensure the details are correct.

Review and submit

Acknowledge the Terms and Conditions, then select “Submit” to complete your account deletion request. An Alfa^® representative may call you to finalize your account deletion.
