Payment Options

Alfa® offers a variety of flexible payment options to fit your needs. Customers may select monthly, quarterly or full-pay payment options. Not sure what option is best for you? Contact your local Alfa agent or view the Payment Options below.

  • There is a $3 service charge for each monthly and quarterly payment.
  • There is no service charge if you select the full-pay option, or if you use Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  • To change your payment frequency, call your local Alfa branch office or call 1-800-964-2532.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Auto and Life Payments Only

  • Let us make paying your auto and life premiums easy by allowing us to deduct them from your banking account automatically
  • There are no service charge fees associated with this payment option

    • Call 1-800-964-2532 to make your payment (24-hours a day/7 days a week)
    • Pay with credit/debit card or electronic check
  • Customer Resource Center
    • Call 1-800-964-2532 to speak with one of our customer service representatives who will assist you with the payment of your premium (Mon - Sat 6am - 10pm Central Time)

  • You can make your payment by personal check or money order by returning your bill in the self-addressed envelope provided in your billing notice to:
