Business Text Messaging Alfa business text messaging allows customers, potential customers, and claimants to easily communicate via text message with Alfa. Some examples include sales messaging for those who have requested an insurance quote, an appointment to discuss insurance needs, a status update on your application, etc.; policyholder messaging for billing and payment notifications, customer service requests, policy information, to request an appointment, etc.; and claimant messaging for adjuster assignment, claim status updates, inspection/repair appointments, etc.
