Accident Waiver is an optional car insurance coverage for Alabama and Mississippi residents that may help you avoid a rate increase after your first at-fault accident. This can help give you peace of mind to focus on recovery and repair of your vehicle post-accident.
Do I qualify for Accident Waiver?
Alabama and Mississippi drivers who have a good driving record over the last three years and no more than one accident in the last three years, regardless of your insurance carrier may qualify to add the endorsement.*
How do I get Accident Waiver?
Already an Alfa auto insurance customer and an Alabama or Mississippi resident? Find out if you qualify by talking to your local Alfa agent or give us a call at 1-800-964-2532. While Accident Waiver adds an extra cost to your coverage, it is minimal compared to the price increase you may incur on your policy post-accident.

*Available in Alabama and Mississippi only. The Accident Waiver program is available at new business, policy change and renewal. No more than one chargeable accident can exist within the previous 36 months to be eligible to add the endorsement to the policy. All coverages are subject to deductibles and policy limits.
