Accident Waiver, also referred to as accident forgiveness, is an optional coverage that can help you avoid a rate increase after your first at-fault accident.
Do I qualify for Accident Waiver?
Alabama and Mississippi drivers with a good driving record over the last three years and no more than one accident in the last three years, regardless of your insurance carrier, may qualify to add the endorsement.*

*Available in Alabama and Mississippi only. The Accident Waiver program is available at new business, policy change and renewal. No more than one chargeable accident can exist within the previous 36 months to be eligible to add the endorsement to the policy. All coverages are subject to deductibles and policy limits.
