EFT Support FAQs

To find your billing reference number, log in to your MyAlfa® account and navigate to the policy you'd like to enroll in EFT. Click “View Policy Details”, then go to the “Billing Information” tab where your billing reference number will be listed. If you don’t have an online account and receive billing documents by mail, you can find your billing reference number on your invoice.

You can find your routing and account numbers on a paper check or through your digital banking app. On a check, the routing number is the 9-digit number in the bottom-left corner, and your account number appears immediately to the right of it. If you don’t have a check, you can find these numbers by logging into your bank’s online portal or mobile app. If you’re unable to find these numbers, contact your bank for assistance.

EFT ensures your premiums are paid automatically and on time, helping you avoid late fees and/or policy cancellations. It’s secure, convenient, and often comes with reduced or waived invoice fees. Overall, EFT is a reliable, hassle-free way to manage your insurance payments.
