Pace named Executive Vice President of Alfa Insurance and President of Trexis Insurance
Alfa Insurance® President and CEO Jimmy Parnell announced the promotion of John Pace to Alfa’s executive leadership team, effective Nov. 21.
Parnell said Pace has been an integral part of Alfa’s growth, profitability and diversification strategy.
“John is a proven leader whose insurance knowledge and can-do attitude will strengthen our executive leadership team as we position Alfa for continued success,” Parnell said. “I am looking forward to working more closely with John as we develop strategies to profitably grow Alfa, while continuing to serve our customers and communities.”
Pace is a 30-year veteran of the insurance business. He came to Alfa Vision (now Trexis) in 2005 as a product manager and was promoted to Vice President of Underwriting and Operations later that year. He was named President of Alfa Vision and Alfa Specialty in 2007.

With the recent acquisition of Western National’s Legacy and Arizona Auto business, Trexis’ written premium will approach 25% of Alfa’s property and casualty book.
Pace and his wife of 30 years, Debbie, live in Brentwood, Tennessee and attend Holy Family Church. They have six children ages 14-25 - Kirsten, Kendall, Conner, Colton, Carter and Caden.
