Roadside Assistance gives you 24/7 access to the following services:
Towing
Fuel Delivery
Locksmith services
Mechanical assistance
Battery jump-starts
Tire changes
Coverage that keeps you moving
While we can’t prevent a breakdown, our Roadside Assistance coverage can help get you back on the road 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Eligible services are covered up to your policy limit, so you can get help without paying out of pocket.
Request Roadside Assistance
Policyholders with this coverage can request assistance by speaking directly with a customer service representative, or through our self-service option by following these steps:
1. Dial 1-800-964-2532.
When prompted, press 2 for Report a Claim or Roadside Assistance. Then, press 2 for Roadside Assistance.
2. Choose digital self-service
Stay on the line and select the option to receive a Rescue Link
3. Receive a secure text message
Open the link sent to your phone. No app download is required
4. Select the service
Choose the type of service required.
5. Enter your details and confirm your location
Provide your contact information and verify your current location.
6. Submit your request
Once submitted, dispatch is notified, and you can track the provider’s estimated time of arrival. You can opt out of the self-service experience and speak directly with a customer service representative at any time during business hours. Alternatively, you may choose to obtain service from your own provider and submit a claim for reimbursement, up to your policy limits.
