Roadside Woes Got You Down?

If you’re stuck on the side of the road, a little bad luck is no match for Alfa’s Roadside Assistance Program! With this option on your auto policy, you’ll have access 24 hours a day for the following services:

Towing
Mechanical issues
Delivery of fuel
Battery jumps
A flat tire change
Locksmith services

The program eliminates out-of-pocket expenses up to the policy limit for services rendered. Also, our roadside assistance partner uses technology to dispatch notifications to you when your service vehicle is nearby.

Mechanical assistance is not to exceed 1 hour. Towing services cover up to $200 and labor for locksmith services is limited to $100. The cost of a tire, new battery, gasoline, and other such items are not covered.

While we can’t prevent a blowout or dead battery, Alfa’s Roadside Assistance Program can help get you back on the road in no time. Day or night, Alfa® can help.

Am I automatically covered?

Alfa’s Roadside Assistance Program is available to customers in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi. If you’d like to add the roadside assistance coverage to your plan, you can add it during renewal or at any time during the policy period by contacting a local service center or the Customer Resource Center at 1-800-964-2532.

I'm covered. Now, how do I get help?

If you’re stuck and need help, emergency roadside services are available. Policyholders can simply call the Customer Resource Center at 1-800-964-2532, prompt 1 for existing Alfa customers, then prompt 2 for Claims or Roadside Assistance.

What services are included with Roadside Assistance coverage?

When you need help on the road, Alfa will pay for towing services, up to one hour of mechanical assistance (including battery jumps and tire changes), locksmith services, and delivery of up to two gallons of gasoline or oil.
