Jaylon Brooks

I became an Alfa Insurance Agent in 2022 with one goal in mind: to be my clients' biggest advocate. After seeing how confusing and frustrating insurance can be, I set out to build my agency on a simple belief — people deserve a personal agent who genuinely cares, communicates clearly, and makes protection easy to understand. My philosophy and tagline, #ServeNotSell, guides everything I do. I believe in educating my clients, earning their trust, and building long-term relationships that go far beyond a policy number.

Since opening Brooks Insurance Group in Albertville, my team and I have been honored with several recognitions that reflect our commitment to service and community. I was named a 2022 Alfa Insurance Fast Start Award Winner, 2023 Alfa Insurance Achiever Award Winner, and the Albertville Chamber of Commerce's 2023 Ambassador of the Year. Brooks Insurance Group was also recognized as the 2024 Emerging Business of the Year by the Chamber and voted 2025 Readers' Choice for Home Insurance by The Sand Mountain Reporter.

I'm proud to serve the Albertville area, where I'm active as a Chamber Board Member, Albertville Growth Initiative Board Member, and member of Lifepoint Church. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, attending Albertville High School ball games, or hunting with my wife Taylor.

No matter what season I'm in, my mission stays the same — to serve others with integrity, discipline, and heart.

In addition to Albertville, I am proud to also serve the Boaz, Guntersville, Sardis, Horton, Geraldine, Asbury, and Fyffe communities in Alabama.
